Packages
At Lathro, we are glad to present two different service levels packages to our clients ie Classic Packages and Premium Packages
Classic Package
This is the Lathro entry level service and tends to be best suited to clients who already have appointed lawyers, etc. to act for them and need Lathro to purely arrange the finance to purchase the asset as well as assist them through the various stages of getting the loan in place.
With this service option Lathro do not assist in things like the preparation of business plans, or liaise with lawyers, accountants, architects or other professionals per se and instead the client does that themselves. Likewise Lathro don’t assist them with company structuring etc. Lathro can, of course, help if required with simple tasks however if Lathro are requested to undertake additional tasks a further fee will need to be agreed on a case by case basis.
Premium Package
This is the Lathro level of service where Lathro act as a concierge for the clients, looking after every single aspect of the debt/equity route, including suggesting possible properties and also sourcing lawyers, accountants, architects or other professionals per se as appropriate. This can also include drafting business plans. This tends to be best suited to clients who are already very busy and are looking for Lathro to handle every aspect of the transaction.
